We understand that office clearances often need to happen quickly and with minimal disruption to neighbouring tenants. Our team works efficiently, can operate out of hours, and will ensure corridors and lifts are left clean. We handle everything from single-floor offices to multi-storey buildings.
All items are sorted for recycling and reuse. Office furniture in good condition is donated where possible, and electronic waste is processed through proper WEEE channels. You receive a full waste transfer note for compliance purposes.

Yes. Weekend and evening clearances are common for offices. It means less disruption to the building and neighbouring businesses. We'll arrange timing that works for your situation.
We remove all IT hardware including desktops, laptops, monitors, servers, and cables. We recommend wiping or destroying hard drives before we collect. If needed, we can refer you to a certified data destruction service.
Most standard offices (10-20 desks) can be cleared in a single day. Larger spaces may require two days. We'll give you a clear timeline during the quoting process.
Yes. We can strip and remove carpet tiles, ceiling tiles, partitions, and other fitted items as part of a full office strip-out. This is often needed before a lease handover.
