Lofts are tricky to clear yourself — limited headroom, tricky access hatches, and no easy way to carry heavy boxes down a ladder. Clearalot takes care of the entire loft clearance for you, from pulling items down through the hatch to loading them into the van and driving them away.
We remove stored boxes, old furniture, suitcases, Christmas decorations you'll never use again, broken electronics, old insulation, and anything else lurking in your attic space. Our team works carefully to avoid damage to ceilings, hatches, and loft boards.

We'll provide a fixed price based on the amount of stuff and the difficulty of access. No hourly rates.
Our team carefully removes everything through the hatch and down the stairs, loads the van, and takes it all for proper disposal.
Transparent pricing

Yes. Our team is experienced in working in loft spaces and takes care to move safely on joists and boards. We use proper techniques to pass items down through hatches without damaging your property.
We can remove standard fibreglass and mineral wool insulation. If your property was built before 2000, there's a small chance old insulation may contain asbestos — we'd recommend getting it tested first if you're unsure.
Ideally yes, as we'll need access to the loft hatch and may need to move through the house. But if you can arrange access, we can work independently.
Yes, this is one of our most common loft clearance jobs. We'll get everything out before your builder starts so the space is ready to work on.
