Our Services
Rubble, plasterboard, timber, tiles — cleared so your site stays clean.
Building work generates serious waste, and skips aren't always practical. Clearalot offers a flexible builders waste removal service that works around your project schedule. We collect rubble, plasterboard, timber, tiles, bathroom suites, kitchen units, and all other construction debris — no skip permit needed.
Unlike skip hire, you don't need to worry about permits, overfilling, or other people dumping in your skip overnight. We turn up, load everything, and take it away. It's faster, often cheaper, and far less hassle than hiring a skip for small-to-medium jobs.
We work with tradespeople, landlords, property developers, and homeowners across Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire, and beyond. Whether it's a bathroom rip-out, a full renovation, or end-of-build cleanup, we'll keep your site clear.

Yes. Our team will carry waste from wherever it is — upstairs bathrooms, basements, loft conversions. We just need to know in advance so we can plan the job properly.
No. Asbestos must be removed by a licensed asbestos contractor. If we suspect asbestos during a job, we'll stop and advise you on next steps. Common items that may contain asbestos include old Artex coatings, cement sheets, and certain floor tiles.
